The law requires that Parish and Town Councils be notified of all planning applications within their boundaries. Within 14 days, Wiltshire Council need to know how the relevant Parish/Town Council will be commenting on an application. If a public meeting is needed in order to formulate a response, the law requires that three clear days notice of the meeting be given. Those wishing to comment are encouraged to contact the relevant planning officer, by telephone, to discuss the pertinent issues.
